Deep drawn metal stamping involves forming sheet metal under high tensile strength, drawing it progressively through several dies to achieve the desired part. The heavy compressive conditions create a cavity, and with each separate die, the sheet metal is carefully formed into a component with extremely high precision and durability. 

This particular type of metal stamping has several benefits. Firstly, it’s a much faster manufacturing process than typical stamping, able to perform multiple draws simultaneously to optimize cycle times. It’s also known for producing parts with extremely high precision and high strength, compared to that of rolled metals, and it’s compatible with a wide range of sheet metals too, adding versatility onto its list of advantages.

Our entire facility has grown around metal stamping, and we maintain a fleet of 40 presses ranging from 12 to 330 tons in order to be as flexible as possible in what we can accomplish for our customers. We have plenty of experience working with several different metals as well, such as steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, and aluminum, to name a few, creating unique designs, load-bearing parts, and much more. Plus, our facility houses a fully-equipped tooling department to design and build custom tooling in-house for better lead times and more consistent quality.
