Founded in 1972, Tryson specializes in deep-draw metal stampings and high-speed production of drawn metal inserts and cases. Our facility in Addison, IL, encompasses 50,000 square feet of three adjacent properties, housing a large manufacturing facility, a fully-equipped toolroom for designing and building custom tooling, and a large quality control lab, all serving the needs of the automotive, appliance, aerospace, heavy-duty equipment, and hardware industries. Our robust QMS is ISO 9001:2015 certified and adheres to a strict quality management system throughout our facility, providing expert and reliable metal stamping services to major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers across a variety of industries.
Metal Stamping
Tryson is one of the most experienced metal stamping companies in the country, built on a foundation of expertise, responsive customer service, and a dedication to quality. Metal stamping, especially small to medium-deep-draw metal stamping, is our specialty. We have 40 presses for stamping operations, ranging from 12 to 330 tons. 25 are OBI presses for quick turnaround and short-run production, and 15 are straight-side presses that handle high-volume production runs and tight tolerance components.
Prototyping
Tryson is here to assist you with your prototyping needs, bringing your product from concept to full production, all under one roof. We can develop production intent and testing samples based on your designs and assist in Design for Manufacturability examinations to improve and speed up production while keeping to the initial design’s tolerances and intended quality standards.
Assembly
We don’t just stop at providing you with quality stamped metal products–Tryson can also perform mechanical assemblies of the products that we manufacture for you. We’ll save you time by performing initial assembly at our facility so that you receive a turnkey product ready for installation!
Value-Added Services
